President & Founder
Don is a North Dakota native, having graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. After college, Don worked for a bank and several Savings & Loans in Grand Forks before relocating to Kalispell in 1981. Don worked for several mortgage banking operations in Kalispell before launching Mann Mortgage in 1989. The experience Don has had working for "others" is the basis for the Mann Mortgage business model.

A Montana native, Jason graduated from the business school at The University of Montana in 1993. Jason is a second-generation mortgage banker, having joined Mann Mortgage in 1997 as an originator. Previously, he spent five years in the accounting industry. Jason operates his own retail branch, and understands first hand the benefits of being a Mann Mortgage co-owner.

Chief Financial Officer
Brenda joined Mann in 2013 as the Controller and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2015. She oversees the financial reporting, accounting and payroll functions. Brenda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a Master’s degree in Accounting from Stetson University of DeLand, FL. Prior to making her career home @ Mann Mortgage, Brenda worked in public accounting and previously served as Controller for another multi-state company where she learned and demonstrated the value of process efficiency and collaboration across departments. Her areas of expertise include GAAP, tax planning, financial analysis, and internal audit. A competitive spirit and resolute problem solver, Brenda brings innovation and persistent drive toward continuous improvement and strategic growth.
Chief Information Officer
Having recently spent the past decade serving a multitude of Fortune 500 companies as an independent enterprise asset management consultant, Thain Bodily brings over 20 years of IT experience from a wide spectrum of industries. By placing a strong emphasis on data integrity, software functionality and systems security, as well as taking a balanced and common-sense approach to any given challenge, he leverages Information Technology into a competitive advantage.

Executive VP & HR Director
Kris Clark was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2010. A national member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Kris joined Mann Mortgage in 1999 and has helped guide the company as it expanded across the western United States. She is responsible for directing the HR and Payroll Departments. Kris is a strong proponent of innovation and collaboration. That philosophy, most recently resulted in two talented staff members, from the IT and Payroll working together to create a robust Commission Calculation Software Program that increased compliance, accuracy, reporting and created significant cost and time savings. The Corporate office was awarded “Best Places to Work” in 2013 and 2014.

Director of Risk Management
After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, Justin worked for firms in Dallas and Kansas City, specializing in corporate litigation. He also spent time as Midwest Regional Director for Kaplan Bar Review, heading up marketing efforts as well as training instructors and serving as a member of the national curriculum committee.
Before joining Mann in 2016, Justin served as Compliance Counsel for TruHome Solutions, a mortgage company that offers private label origination and servicing for more than 50 credit unions nationwide. At TruHome, Justin was instrumental in developing a robust compliance management system, including a new internal audit program, vendor management, corporate training, and an overhaul of company policy and procedure. Justin also led efforts to implement new federal regulations that came about as a result of Dodd Frank.
Justin’s volunteer experience includes CASA, Family Promise, and time as a licensed foster parent. Justin, his wife, and four kids are new to Montana, but embrace it as their home, spending as much time as they can in the beautiful outdoors.
